Rebel Wilson’s Healthy Weight loss at the age of 40 Has Her Fans both Shocked & Motivated At The Same Time

The famous Australian actress, writer, comedian & producer has left us all in awe of her health journey that took its start from the year 2020

Rebel wilson, an actress who was mostly liked for her bigger size & comedy roles, took an initiative for the year 2020. The actress announced her journey of healthy diet & weightloss on 2nd January, 2020 via Instagram stating:

“Okay so for me 2020 is going to be called “The Year of Health” – so I put on the athleisure and went out for a walk, deliberately hydrating on the couch right now and trying to avoid the sugar and junk food which is going to be hard after the holidays I’ve just had but I’m going to do it! Who’s with me in making some positive changes this year?”

The actress who appeared in a very famous role of Fat Amy in movie Pitch Perfect did not look back or give up on her goals the whole year. She kept posting her weekly progress, letting her fans know that anyone can go on a healthy journey. The actress accepted that there were days when she wanted to giveup but she chosed to stay resilient & she finally made it close to her goal.

The actress whilst mentioning her concerns about fitness journey, also shared that most of the years where she did not lose weight was only because she was being paid a lot of money to stay bigger. In an interview with The Sun, she said:

“It’s not like I want to lose weight and get to around a certain number. It’s more than that. It’s about dealing with why I was overeating and I had a job, where I was paid a lot of money to be bigger, at times which kind of can mess with your head a bit.”

Before turning 40 years of age, Rebel Wilson finally made a pact that the year 2020 will be the year of fitness for her and her only concentration will be on her health benefits.

Rebel Wilson has really put in great hardwork for her weightloss. The actress is trying to reach her goal weight of 75 Kg by the end of the year 2020 & she only has few Kgs to shed and we are pretty confident that she will achieve her desired goals before the end of 2020. 

The star has already lost 20 Kgs & the fans cannot just stop appreciating her healthy journey.

Rebel is not only performing HIIT Workouts, Weights & resistance training six days per week. She is also working on her dietary routines. Rebel is following the well known Mayrs Method. This diet plan was basically created by Dr Franz Xaver Mayr, who firmly believed that healthy gut was the root of healthy lifestyle. Based on this diet, those who are opting it are supposed to follow routine mentioned below:

  1. Eat clean & reduce dairy or gluten intake.
  2.  Make breakfast a routine by skipping heavy dinners.
  3. Avoid snacking throughout the day as part of fasting routine.
  4. Drink loads of water, herbal teas & Pomegranate juice & avoid all kinds of beverages or caffeine induced drinks.
  5. Chew your food multiples times & eat slowly.
  6. Refrain from eating uncooked vegetables after evening time. To be more specific after 4:00 Pm.
  7. Avoid watching TV, Mobile or Reading books whilst eating as it takes away your concentration from eating the food slowly & properly so that your brain can know you are full when you are chewing properly & eating slowly.

The Diet plan & excercise routine of Rebel might sound fascinating & easy to do, but it is not as easy & achievable when one has to do it practically. We are really proud of Rebel Wilson for taking us along her fitness journey & showing us we can do it regardless of age factor. Only thing we need is determination.

The actress recently posted an image in a beautiful bottle green  dress with a caption that stated:

“You can call me Fit Amy”

And this seems so legit. She has proven herself as a person for whom mental health comes before physical health but that does not mean one should ignore the physical health. She proved that we can do both at the same time, we just have to set goals & not think of what others will say.

Well done Rebel, you have really shown a positive Rebel in you to all of us & we have really loved your journey from Fat Amy To Fit Amy. You were beautiful then & you are beautiful now. You will always be loved for who you are as a person first. 

The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in a man’s determination.
